This is Lulash Qepuri, who was executed last night in Shkodra. The serious incident happened in the village of Stom Golem in Shkodra on Wednesday evening. The 76-year-old was sitting on the porch of his bar very close to the road, when a masked person on foot shot at him. The same sources suggest that initially the assassin fired a pistol, which he blocked and then shot with another "Scorpions" weapon.

The victim's son, who happened to be nearby, took the "Shot Gun" type firearm and shot at the assassin, who, after shooting several times while leaving, managed to run away from the same direction where he came from.

It is learned that the masked person came on foot from the direction of Shkodra and then it is suspected that he left in a vehicle which was waiting for him a few meters further. It was the son of the 76-year-old who informed the police about the event.
