For 2024, the number of prosecutors is 218, out of 341 foreseen in the system. Currently, we have 284 prosecutors, 57 permanent vacancies and 39 temporary vacancies. The 57 permanent vacancies are planned to be closed in the time frame of 2 and a half years after the appointment of acting prosecutors next year and the two following years. There will be 39 prosecutors who are under review in the second instance of Appeal.
"The year 2024 has shown that every decision-making of the KLP is not simply an administrative act but a message for the system. The report is not just a summary, but an overview of responsibilities and competencies ," Bogdani said, among other things.
