The Vlora Airport scandal clan continues to publicly clash with mutual accusations of theft and robbery against each other. Behgjet Pacolli has once again accused his former right-hand man, Valon Lluka, of abuse and misuse of office while he was running some of his companies.

The businessman from Kosovo has made public a decision by the Abu Dhabi court, which according to him has ordered Lluka to return 1.7 million euros stolen from the Mabetex company.

"In 2025, this Valon Lluka, from the Mabetex Group companies, had made payments of around 1,600,000 euros to the Alhami company in Abu Dhabi, based on invoices for services that had not occurred. The court in Abu Dhabi, after verifying that Valon Lluka had made payments with fictitious invoices, in early August 2026 announced the sentencing decision ordering the return of these funds in favor of the Mabetex Group ," Pacolli wrote on his Facebook profile, publishing a photo of the court's decision in Arabic.

But after these accusations, Valon Lluka's reaction was immediate, calling Pacolli a fraud. According to Lluka, the lawsuit against him was completely dismissed by the court.

"Last night, Behgjet Pacolli published a false and manipulative post, claiming that a court in Abu Dhabi has ordered me, Valon Lluka, to return funds "illegally obtained". This is a lie. The court decision says exactly the opposite. The lawsuit against me personally has been dismissed. The court has found that I acted only in my capacity as the director of the company and not in my personal name. The court has found that I did not personally enter into the contract, I did not accept any amount and that neither fraud, nor excess of powers, nor personal responsibility on my part has been proven. The financial obligation has been imposed only on the "First Defendant", and not on me, Valon Lluka," Lluka wrote.

He says that in the court proceedings he was the "Second Defendant", while the financial obligation of 1,748,680.61 euros, according to him, was imposed only on the "First Defendant".

"Any attempt to present it differently is a deliberate manipulation of public opinion. There is no judicial finding in the decision that I have stolen, obtained funds illegally, used fictitious contracts or deceived accounting employees. These are accusations fabricated by Behgjet Pacolli and not findings of the Court," Lluka continues.

But Lluka's reaction is not limited to the legal dispute.

He also challenged Pacolli's claims that he had stayed away from the company and managerial decision-making.

Lluka claims to possess numerous evidence and documents that, according to him, prove that Pacolli personally took actions and made decisions alone.

"He cannot distance himself from decision-making today only when it suits him, while at the same time holding me responsible through false statements," Lluka wrote.

In his reaction, he also referred to his long professional relationship with Pacolli and his companies.

After 19 years of work, dedication, and great responsibilities, Lluka says that today he is facing public defamation and what he considers manipulation of a court decision.

It is for this reason, he says, that he has decided to publish the document, so that the public can read it and judge its contents for themselves.

He summed up his message for Pacolli in two sentences: "The documents speak for themselves. A lie does not become truth, no matter how many times it is repeated."

The clash, however, seems likely to not end with public statements alone.

Lluka has warned that for what he considers false statements and intentional damage to his reputation, he will take all relevant legal action./ Kapitali.al
