The session of the Appeal of the Special Court for the Incinerator of Elbasan has ended, where SPAK requested the change of the decision of the First Instance.
Earlier, the prosecutors of SPAK requested the change of the decision of the first instance, which found former Socialist MP Alqi Blako and former Minister of Environment, Lefter Koka, innocent of the charge of "abuse of duty".
In the session that took place in Apel after several months of failure, the two special prosecutors requested this Friday that Blako be sentenced to 4 years in prison, in favor of a shortened trial of 2.8 years in prison.
As for the former minister Lefter Koka, he asked for the sentence to be increased for the charge of "misuse of office".
The Appeal decision for Koka and Bllakon will be announced on November 8.
