Arab tourist couple in car accident in Berat

Berat accident

A vehicle has left the road in the "10 Korriku" neighborhood of Berat, near the Saint Thanasi Church.

A couple of Arab tourists were traveling in the KIA car. The cause of the accident is suspected to have been the humidity.

After immediate assistance, it was possible to extract the tourists from the scene where they had fallen, and they were not injured. The vehicle, which appears to have been rented, also suffered minor damage.

The tourists were assisted by both the police and the fire service, which made it possible to remove the vehicle from the slope where it had slid.
