Elton Qyno, the journalist who was sanctioned by the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), spoke today on "ABC Live" emphasizing that he has decided to obey this ban order for not publishing other data from the file of Nuredin Duman.
However, journalist Qyno said that he will look at the legal possibility if he can strike the order from SPAK which orders him not to publish any other data. Qyno said that an investigation has been launched to extract information. According to Qynos, he was summoned to BKH and signed the detention order, otherwise, journalists risk up to 5 years in prison.
" I will respect their decision that they achieved the goal. If legally I am looking at the possibility of hitting this order. I will try to do it through the court. " If there is no possibility, we will wait until a second moment, " said Elton Qyno.
Recall that Nuredin Dumani is a well-known name in the criminal world. He was arrested by the police on March 29 this year, after he wrote to assassinate Talo Çela in the village of Papër in Elbasan, but he responded by leaving him injured. Dumani was caught a few hours later in Fier, while he had received a wound in the back.
