This is Nikolin Shqau, a farmer in the Shllak unit of the Municipality of Vau i Dejës, who claims that drug traffickers poisoned the horse he was riding in the mountains a few days ago.

This is because I was in Shkodra, to see my family, to stay with my wife and children and when I returned I did not see the horse because it was late. When I woke up in the morning I found the dead horse. Surely I think it has to do with drugs. The government deals with this work. Here they are saying that he is a deputy of Shkodra region who protects the area, but I would like to know who is a deputy, but still SPAK knows and has completely accurate information about Shllaku. The farmer says that he went out in some remote areas with his horse and saw the strange movements of some people who according to him are traffickers and those who keep drugs and who claim to have poisoned their horse.

He adds that he feels threatened by this event that happened to him, but he says that he will not leave Shllaku, hinting that he may go to self-judgment against the traffickers, while he says that drug cultivation is worrying.
