The former envoy of the United States of America for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Richard Grenell, invited to "Top Story" with Grida Duma, also shared his experiences in the battle with cancer, where he showed that he is still tested every three months.
"It is very challenging to go through this difficult journey. I am neither the first nor the last. There are so many untold stories of people who fight really hard and work really hard with their illnesses, whatever the illness is, I had a particular lymphoma that was showing up in my neck," Grenell said.
"At first I was ignoring it and then when it really showed up as cancer it was extremely aggressive. It's been 10 years, I don't have cancer anymore, but still because of the aggressive form, every three months I do a complete blood test and visit my doctor. Every three months you have to survive," says Donald Trump's intelligence director.
Showing a photo of his dog, Grenell said: “This is my dog, I love dogs so much. He knew when I was sick. When you think about it, whether it's a person or an animal, we have an inner instinct to help people in need. There are a lot of people in need and when I was in need, I had a lot of friends, my dog and family that helped me get through it," he said.
