On the day the new GJKKO regulation comes into force, journalist Anila Hoxha has chosen a video to criticize the court's priorities.
The journalist has published footage from the court premises where an elderly man in a wheelchair is having difficulty entering the court premises.
Hoxha directly links the situation to the new regulation, which places restrictions on the presence and work of the media in the GJKKO.
"Strategists were busy drafting regulations that censor the presence of the media in court," the journalist writes, ironizing the fact that while the court has drafted new rules to control media access, according to her, it has not solved an elementary problem of citizen accessibility.
Hoxha recalls that the new premises of the GJKKO were inaugurated on May 11, 2026, after an investment of 104 million lek, while claiming that a ramp for people with mobility difficulties was not built on the outside of the building.
Journalist Anilja Hoxha opposes restrictions on the media and refers to the standards of the European Court of Human Rights on the publicity of judicial proceedings and the public's right to be informed.
