Journalist Elton Qyno appeared this morning at the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office in the framework of the implementation of the measure imposed on him by SPAK with 'obligation to appear'.

The measure was taken after the investigations and the operation of the Prosecutor's Office that hit Suel Çela's gang in Elbasan. Qyno together with journalist Artan Hoxha were found to have received money from this gang.

Suel Çela, says SPAK has aimed to manipulate public perception to incriminate the rivals of the Çopja group, presenting them as untouchable, with possible connections to politics. For the realization of this scenario, SPAK says that 2 journalists were used, to whom the measure "obligation to appear" was assigned.
