THIS IS THE COMPLEX THAT IS SHOWN AS THE BEST IN TIRANA! IN FACT IT IS PROBABLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE,
OF ALL!

That's exactly what brought me here;

Look at the public roads here. The municipality didn't build them, the builder of the buildings did.

The MASTER OF MONEY has done this so as not to allow even a minute of parking on the side of the road, nor to take an order from the family upstairs at home, nor to buy a pan in his shops, nor to get a coffee or yogurt in hand, etc.;

Honestly, even if it's unfair, you don't park here - whether you're a family member, a shopper, or a worker - you cross LANE and come and PARK at IRFAN TOMINI; so my neighborhood has turned into a giant parking lot;

THEY ARE DELIJORGJI'S CARS, THESE ARE HIS ROADS, EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE, INCLUDING PARKING!

NOW I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE SACREDNESS OF PUBLIC SPACE IN THESE CITIES:

IS THIS ROAD HERE AND HERE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ROAD CODE?!

Not for nothing, but the neighborhood across the street is different in its streets!
