A surprise check was carried out in the premises of the Durrës prison by the Special Forces of the General Directorate of Prisons, in cooperation with SPAK and BKH.

During the search in building B, an iPhone-type mobile device was found and seized, along with a charger and an improvised connecting plug.

The device was seized as material evidence and is being administered according to legal procedures.

VoxNews has learned that the "iPhone 17 Pro Max" belongs to prisoner Klevis Hoxhosmani , while authorities have not yet provided official confirmation regarding the ownership of the device.

Investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances of the introduction of prohibited items into the institution.

Klevis Hoxhosmani is in a relationship with Kejda Ajazi, the daughter of Majlinda Bregu, former Minister of European Integration and former Democratic Party MP.
