A SPAK file that sheds light on the serious clashes in Shkodra.

A bar in the Dobraç area of ??Shkodra, long considered the territory of people close to Safet Bajri, appears at the center of the SPAK file as an environment filled with weapons and frequented by well-known names in the criminal world.

According to the investigative materials, the file also includes photos showing various types of weapons displayed on the walls of the bar. Investigators claim that the venue was frequented by  Izmir Sakicaj, Samuel Troshani, Safet Bajri, also known by the surname Rustemi, as well as other people associated with the group.

In the same file, Sakicaj, Troshani and Franko Lela are accused of organizing the attempted murder of Aleksandër Prendi in August 2024 in the village of Rranxë, Bushati.

Investigations show that the event did not end as planned, but turned into an armed clash, as Prendi is suspected of having organized an ambush against the people who had gone to execute him.
