The director of FSKDSH is dismissed, there is someone appointed to head the institution

Arti Papajani has been removed from his position as director of the Health Care Insurance Fund, by decision of the Minister of Health, Evis Sala.

Ilir Topi has been appointed in his place, who will take over the leadership of the institution from now on.

Arti Papajani was appointed head of the FSKDSH in September 2025, also by Minister Sala. The official reasons for his removal from office have not yet been made public.
