The businessman Gëzim Kajno was arrested by the blue uniforms , who 8 years ago shot dead the customer in his bar after a fight between them.

The 39-year-old was sentenced by the Court to 10 years in prison and had 4 more years left to serve for the murder of Asllan Kërtusha in the city of Durrës in 2016.

"He has been sentenced to 10 years in prison, for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", a sentence of which he has 4 years left to serve," the police announced. .

Police notification:

Author of a murder with a firearm, committed in 2016, the 39-year-old wanted, sentenced to 10 years in prison.

From this sentence, the 39-year-old has 4 years of imprisonment left to serve.

In implementation of the plan of measures, drawn up within the nationwide mega-operation coded "Rule of Law", the services of the Durrës Local Police Directorate carried out the execution of the decision of the Supreme Court, given on 17.10.2023, for the detention of the citizen Gëzim Kaino, 39 years old.

He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", a sentence of which he has 4 years left to serve.

On 01.03.2016, in neighborhood no. 17, Durrës, the 39-year-old killed the AK citizen with a firearm.

Citizen Gëzim Kajno was handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons, for further procedural actions.

Event:

The event took place in the afternoon of March 1, 2016 in district 17 of the city, otherwise known as the entrance to Durrës.

Gëzim and Bledar Kajno, relatives of each other, have physically clashed with the citizen Asllan Kërtusha, as the latter in a drunken state was making a mess in the bar of the perpetrator of the crime.

They tried to force him out of the premises of the bar, and at that moment Asllan Kërtusha grabbed Gëzim Kajno by the throat, who pulled out his pistol and accidentally wounded Bledar Kajno.

Under these conditions, the businessman followed Asllan Kërtusha for several meters and when the latter was trying to quickly leave the scene, he kicked him several times and then shot him with a pistol, leaving him dead on the spot.
