EMRI/ Serious accident in Tirana, 65-year-old dies in hospital

An accident was recorded yesterday evening, December 27, in Tirana.

A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Kavaja Street.

The 65-year-old man, identified as Afmet Kërçiku, was seriously injured and was urgently transported to the hospital.

But unfortunately, as a result of his injuries, he died at the Trauma Hospital.

The driver of the vehicle has been arrested by the Police and investigations are ongoing to fully clarify the incident.
