Police have arrested after two months the owner of the bakery in Shkodra, who was involved in an armed conflict in the neighborhood "Skënderbeg" on March 22 this year.

Sadet Sala, 28, a resident of Barbullush village, was handcuffed. This citizen collided with a firearm with the citizen Armando Ndreu, 32 years old, resident in Shkodra. The latter is still at large.

According to the police, it was Armando Ndreu who was the first to shoot at Sadet Sala's business, after a conflict for weak motives. Afterwards, Sadet Sala responded with firearms.

The 28-year-old is charged with the criminal offenses of "Premeditated Murder", attempted murder and "Illegal possession of a weapon".

The police continues the work for the arrest of the citizen Armando Ndreu.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, for further actions.
