Cases of incidents in relations between lawyers and their clients are not a widespread phenomenon in Albania, but this does not mean that they do not happen.

At least this is what the case reported to the police of Dimal, where a 60-year-old man from Tirana with a lawyer profession, reported to his client residing in this city that he was bothering her through frequent phone calls, reports A2.

The Blue Uniforms clarify that the criminal proceedings have started for the 48-year-old with the initials MK, after the denunciation by her legal defender.

"The Dimal Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the MK citizen, 48 years old, resident in Berat, as it is suspected that through malicious phone calls, she disturbed the peace of her legal representative, the EP citizen, 60 years old , resident in Tirana", announced the police.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Berat General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
