New details have been revealed from SPAK 's voluminous file on the Rraja criminal group, revealing the identities and roles of those involved.

From the transcription of encrypted conversations on Sky Ecc, nicknames have been revealed, where one of the group's protagonists, Aldo Gjini , known as " the blonde ", stands out.

"Bjondi" is one of the people detained in the latest SPAK operation against the structured criminal group "Rraja", where he was informed about the arrest measure inside the cell. However, his name is known even earlier by the authorities due to his criminal past, arms trafficking, drugs and attempted murder, as well as being wanted by INTERPOL.

"From the analysis of the conversations between them, it is evident that the suspect Jani Çavo informs the interlocutor Agim Nina that their associates had prepared the quantity of suspected narcotics they would traffic, while the suspect Agim orders that the suspected narcotics, in order to be transported safely, should be packaged with aluminum bag material, and therefore sends him a photo of the model of how he packaged a part of the narcotics. The suspect Jani Çavo tells the suspect Agim that the persons who would bring their part of the narcotics load requested that their packages be marked with a distinctive sign, and consequently sends him the message sent by one of their associates with the pseudonym "Hermano" who used the encrypted platform application SkyEcc PIN "EB43A6", identified as the suspect Sokol Qaja, who asks him about the signs he would place.

Next, he also sends the messages sent by another user of the encrypted Sky Ecc PIN application "BJFJ6H" with the pseudonym " :"XRI "New Sky", identified as the suspect Rexhep Rraja, who informs the suspect Jani Çavo that the blonde (referring to the other suspect Aldo Gjini), who was the person who would mark the aluminum packages in order not to be confused with the packages of other collaborators, was sent. According to the communications made between them, the fact is evidenced that in this trafficking, part of the narcotic substance (still undetermined), belonged to another person to whom they address by the name "Eldi ", it is stated, among other things, in the file, the voice writes .

The SPAK file reveals the group's internal codification.

According to SPAK documents, Rexhep Rraja , the son of former socialist MP Rrahman Rraja , used the pseudonyms "XR1" and " New Sky ".

Other nicknames that make it possible to identify other members: Islam Sefa – “Kruja”; Bujar Sefa – “Venecia”; Hajdar Sefa – “Bruxel”; “Detroit USA”, “GjoranKruja”; Vidjan Baroka – “Rrushi”; “New”; “Old Man”; “979” , etc.

SPAK ordered a large-scale operation in Nikël on Wednesday morning, December 10, against the criminal group known as “Rraja”, leading to 14 arrest warrants, 10 of which were executed. The group in question is accused of the criminal offenses of drug trafficking, committed in collaboration in the special form of collaboration, that of a structured criminal group.

The measure of "prison arrest" has been imposed on: Islam Sefa, Rexhep Rraja (son of former SP MP, Rrahman Rraja), Agim Nina, Përparim Rraja, Gazmir Rraja, Zamir Aliaj, Aldo Gjini, Sokol Qaja and Jani Çavo .
