"I'll come get it, just wash it well", police investigation in an
Armand Shakaj/Eglant Koci

In addition to the search for Armand Shakaj, suspected of the murder of Eglant Koci, following the trail of the crime committed with call center money and cryptocurrencies, it turns out that the investigation group has also questioned the owner of an exchange in Tirana.

After Eglant's family filed a missing person report, on June 5th, he told the police that his brother was converting cryptocurrencies at an entity near the Military Hospital.

But it turns out that administrator Kërcik explained that the victim had not shown up for transfers for more than a month.

This evidence has reinforced the initial suspicion of police agents, who continue to investigate the murder of Eglant Koci in Tirana, the day he showed up at his friend's business because of the virtual wallets.

The suspect turns out to have been called by the police during the hours when nothing was known about the young man's fate and, while he was missing, Shakaj states that he had met Eglanti on June 3.

Shakaj used the good friend's card and said the young man had appeared concerned about cryptocurrency and call center money.

He deceived the police by quoting the victim as saying: "One of the people who has our digital wallet has been jailed in Dubai, while the other has been gambling online."

Immediately after his release, Shakaj disappeared without answering his phone to the police, while security cameras showed the route of how Eglanti, traveling on a motorcycle, visited his friend on June 4. 40 minutes after crossing that door, a person dressed in black left on the victim's motorcycle.

Through numerous testimonies and security cameras, the investigation team reinforced its suspicions about the wanted person.

The most important footage for investigators is that of June 5, at 11:30 p.m., where Shakaj drags a bag in the shape of a human body into the lobby, which he then drives away in a vehicle.

The body was found after long days of searching, while DNA confirmed that it was Eglant Koci, while 25-year-old Ena Zyferi, a nursing student who worked as a waiter and who is suspected of supporting the perpetrator by turning off the cameras, continues to be held in prison.

The prosecution has questioned a long list of witnesses, including car wash workers, to whom Shakaj told the Porsche: "I'll come get it, just wash it well." The two workers explain to investigators that while working, they noticed that "on the carpet of the vehicle, behind the driver's seat, there was red liquid, at first glance like blood."/ Tch
