The Municipality of Durrës has informed the residents of the neighborhood no. 13 in the beach area that the next day they have to stay outside their apartments for 4 hours, because the National Inspectorate of Territorial Defense and the engineering forces have planned the demolition with a controlled explosion of a 6-storey building in the area.

The announcement says that residents should leave the apartments around 12.00 to 16:00 and leave open the doors and doors of the apartments as well as lower the TV floor, computer and any other equipment they deem reasonable.

The blast is scheduled to take place at 14:00

Pursuant to the decision of the municipal council and the in-depth expertise of the Tirana Construction Institute, the Durrës Territorial Defense Inspectorate (IMT) in cooperation with the National Inspectorate of Territorial Defense (IKMT) and the army engineering forces of the Ministry of Defense Tirana have planned the controlled explosion of the 6-storey building, ADC, in the neighborhood 13 Plazh, in the administrative unit no. 5, street "David Selenica", No. 18, Durrës.

For security reasons, we inform all residents of apartments and businesses located near this building that on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, from 12.00 to 16.00 to be away from their apartments and entities and to take measures by leaving open windows and doors of dwellings and their subjects, to sit on the floor television, computer as well as any other device they deem fit. The explosion will take place at 14.00 " , it is said in the announcement.
