DETAILS/ The son of the owner of the water "Lajthiza" injured a girl and two brothers with a firearm at a party!

A celebration almost turned into a tragedy in the early hours of this morning, when a bullet wounded three people of the same family, a sister and brothers.

The person who shot is Edison Elezaj , 32 years old, the son of businessman Hajri Elezaj , known as the owner of " Ujit Lajthiza ".

Edison Elezaj was carrying a weapon without a permit, just like Ardian Fullani's son, Erik Fullani, who was caught by the police with an illegal pistol, then closing the file in a very suspicious manner.

The circumstances surrounding the wounding of three people in a bar on Rruga e Kavajë in Tirana remain suspicious.

The scandal lies in the fact that the police are hiding and manipulating the event, coming to the conclusion that Edison Elezaj shot accidentally, writes behind the scenes .

Police notification:

On 23.07.2024, at around 01:35, citizens EP, 36 years old, AP, 36 years old, and DP, 34 years old, presented themselves to a private hospital for medical assistance, with injuries allegedly caused by firearms.

These citizens, around 01:30 this morning, were celebrating together with other people from their social and family circle, in a bar on Kavaja Street.

From the entirety of the preliminary investigative actions, it became possible to identify the suspected perpetrator, a citizen of the EU, 32 years old, resident in Tirana. This citizen is suspected to have accidentally, with a firearm that he was carrying without a permit, made an involuntary shot, and as a result the above citizens were injured.

DP and AP citizens, after receiving medical help, left for their homes, while the EP citizen is in the hospital, under the care of doctors, out of danger.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is continuing the work for the full legal documentation of this case and the capture of the EU citizen

We recall that in 2019 , the sons of businessman Hajri Elezaj (known as the owner of Lajthiza water), Edison Elezaj and R. Elezaj, collided with Altin Isaranj, the brother of the former Director of Road Transport, Arben Isaraj. 

In 2013, Hajri Elezaj was sentenced to 6 months in prison for being involved in the Virgin oil smuggling scandal. 

A few weeks ago, Hajri Elez's "Lajthiza" company was denounced in the media that, contrary to court decisions, it is trying to occupy 7 sources of Mirdita to build a water plant and hydropower plant.
