The Director of the National Agency for the Information Society (AKSHI), Mirlinda Kuçanaj, spent a full three hours at SPAK.

Kuçanaj has not spoken to journalists, while it is learned that he has provided explanations within the framework of an investigation being conducted by SPAK prosecutor, Bledar Maksuti, on suspicions of abuses related to several tender procedures.

SPAK is investigating 12 tender procedures, involving significant amounts, related to the maintenance of servers of important institutions.

Investigations show that the tender criteria were predetermined by the competing companies and in this way, they managed to win millions.

One of the businessmen under investigation is Ermal Beqiri, who with his company "Soft & Solution", was previously questioned by SPAK.

Over the past few days, investigators have summoned and questioned 25 officials of the National Agency for Public Procurement, who are mainly members of the Bid Evaluation Committee and members of the Complaints Review Committee.

Some time ago, one of the former AKSHI officials, Daniel Shima, mysteriously disappeared for at least 10 hours and his family filed a police report.
