Balluk's suspension / Constitutional Court postpones preliminary review, here's when the hearing will take place

The Constitutional Court has announced that the preliminary hearing of the case appealed by Prime Minister Edi Rama will take place on December 12.

The Constitutional Court has reasoned that this will happen due to the complexity of the case, the volume of accompanying materials and the agenda of the Constitutional Court, as well as based on the request of some of its members.

The Council of Ministers requests the lifting of the suspension measure from duty as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Belinda Balluku, who has been recognized with the security measure by the GJKKO after being officially indicted by SPAK.
