A serious incident occurred on the evening of February 2 in the village of Rrilë, Shënkoll Administrative Unit, in Lezha, where a person was injured after being shot with a gun, during an organized attack on a barbershop.

The firepower against Sokol Daci's barbershop, who was seriously injured, looks like a cartel attack in Latin America.

Only God, it seems, was merciful, as he made it possible to save from certain death the lives of the people inside and outside the barbershop, in a space of 10 square meters.


In the video, the moment when two perpetrators armed with Kalashnikovs, suspected of being members of the Ndokaj tribe, open fire on Sokol Daci's barbershop, inside which were two members of the Nikulaj tribe and a police officer who was their friend.

At least 4 people are suspected of being involved in the exchange of fire, two with pistols from inside the bar and two with Kalashnikovs from outside the bar..." , writes Hoxha, attaching the video published on his social networks.

Regarding the incident, the Lezha police announced a search for 4 people, three young men from the Ndoka tribe and Merando Nikulaj, who is suspected of being the target of the assassination and was inside the barbershop, accompanied by a police officer with the initials BK who was detained by order of the prosecutor's office for the criminal offense of "abuse of office".

Merando Nikulaj was having dinner with the police officer with the initials BK and after finishing dinner they went to Rrilë to get a haircut. It is suspected that the perpetrators, who were in two vehicles, an "Audi" and a "Passat", observed and followed their movements until they arrived at the barbershop and then stopped and got out of the cars.

Two people opened fire. Meanwhile, there was an exchange of gunfire, the police in the barbershop returned fire, but inside the barbershop a handbag with a comb inside was found, but the identity cards had been removed. There are suspicions of a second weapon used by the people inside the barbershop.

The cause of the incident is suspected to be a conflict between young men from the Nikulaj and Ndoka tribes that occurred on March 9, 2025 in Shëngjin. The incident was not properly investigated by the police at the time and was officially declared to be a motorcycle and car accident.
