A citizen has denounced the case when an Air Albania plane, bound for Dusseldorf in Germany, returned to Rinas only after a 15-minute flight.

According to the citizen's denunciation, the captain gave the reason for the lack of documentation of the plane, but the passengers suspected that it was something else. They say the plane stayed long on the runway and at this time was refueled, even though it had only flown 15 minutes.
