Ilir Proda, 43, has a career for nearly 19 years in the State Police, most recently held the post of Elbasan police director since March last year.

Proda started his journey in the State Police in 2005 initially as a specialist of criminal police at the Police Station No. 3. Afterwards, for many years he served as a specialist in the police and the General Directorate.

Ilir Proda is one of the initiators and organizers of Nuredin Duman's arrest, which later turned into a justice repentant. Proda was also one of the police leaders who turned artan (Marjus) Tafan into the justice repentant.
