In his testimony regarding the accident, Ajas Sulejamani stated that it was at a speed of about 40 km.

He indicated that he braked the moment the traffic light turned red but did not hold the brakes.

"As soon as it turned red, I started to brake, but the brakes did not hold me. Regarding the departure from the place of the accident, I stated that I did not intend to leave, but since it was also my minor daughter, I left. I had my five-year-old daughter and I went to the private hospital with her because my daughter and I were traumatized by this accident ", said Sulejmani.

Charges have been filed against him for violating traffic rules, resulting in injuries to more than two people, driving illegally under the influence of drugs, leaving the scene of the accident.
