Serious accident in Dibër/ the 29-year-old man killed the pedestrian by car

A pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle driven by a 29-year-old man.

The police say that the incident took place in Dibër, where the young man with the initials DN lost control of the vehicle and hit the pedestrian, who died.

Meanwhile, the driver was taken to the police for further investigation.

"On the secondary road of the village of Kastriot, citizen DN, 29 years old, driving a 'Ford' type vehicle, lost control over driving the vehicle and had an accident with pedestrian citizen D.Gj. where as a result he died in the hospital.

The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the Police Station, while the investigative team is working to clarify the causes of the accident", the police announcement states.
