"700 thousand lek salary" - The socialist MP laments the plight of the

Socialist MP Ardit Bido, one of the most active against the protest, was on Ylli Rakipi's show the night before, where he clashed sharply with Andi Bushati.

He accused protesters of attacking police officers in front of Parliament.

And they are in trouble because they only receive 700 thousand old lek as a monthly salary.

Excerpts from the debate:

Bido: What about that policeman who got hit in the head with a plate?

Bushati: Here you have a demobilized citizen and a criminal bandit arrives.

Bido: With a salary of 700 thousand lek.

Bushati: A criminal bandit.

Bido: A police officer with a salary of 700 thousand lek who supports his family with his own bread and is neither from the SP nor the DP, but from the State Police.

The socialist MP tries to present the police as victims, to gain people's empathy, and they are, but not the protesters'.

They belong to this state, which has left them with a salary of 700 thousand lek and puts them on the streets to face crime.

But can crime be fought with 700 thousand old lek?

The answer is known, but Bido and all the other politicians probably don't think about it.

They need them like that, poor and with ridiculous salaries, to keep them dependent on bread.

And let those in power take turns using them, sometimes on the right and sometimes on the left.

But why not crime, which, knowing this weakness, often makes allies of them?

Not for nothing, but as Bido himself says, it's hard to live on 700 thousand old lek salary in Tirana!
