Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj has listed a series of issues that, according to him, constitute suspected affairs and cases that have not been adequately investigated by the judiciary.

In his statements, Ahmetaj said that for some of these cases he has files, accounts and materials that, according to him, were sent to him by various people.

One of the names he mentioned was Valon Ademi, whom Ahmetaj linked to the Vlora Airport project and, according to his claim, also indirectly to the "Smart City" project.

Speaking about the Vlora Airport, Ahmetaj described the project as "robbery", while warning that Valon Ademi's name, according to him, also appears in documents related to "Smart City".

"Valoni should be careful, because his face will also appear in 'Smart City'", declared Ahmetaj.

Ahmetaj said he has materials and accounts related to the "Smart City" project, raising questions about its costs.


According to the calculations he claims to have made, a camera would cost around $560 in bulk, while the total value of the project, according to him, amounts to around $130 million.
