2-year-old in Tirana hits and kills one and a half year old child

Arbër Toçilla, 24 years old, has been arrested by the Police in Tirana, after it is suspected that during a vehicle maneuver in Farka, he accidentally hit a girl about 1 and a half years old, who lost her life.

The incident occurred yesterday evening, as the 24-year-old was reversing his vehicle.

As a result of the collision, the child suffered serious injuries and died.

The police have launched investigations to document the full circumstances of the incident, while the procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
