SPAK has completed the investigations and sent the file for trial for the former chief of the Traffic Police, Roven Zeka , and two other employees, Sokol Novaku and Edison Tabaku, accused of corruption.
They are accused of taking money from a woman who had been in an accident so that her case would not be referred to the Prosecutor's Office.
The Special Prosecution Office has taken the businessman, Ergest Vrioni , and Bledi Belba as defendants.
The case with allegations of passive and active corruption of officials will be tried in a preliminary hearing by Judge Irena Gjoka.
