"I beat an 'animal' like Haaland"/ Ronaldo does not stop his

Cristiano Ronaldo was one of the protagonists in the "Globe Soccer Awards".

The Al-Nasr captain in Saudi Arabia was present on stage along with Rúben Dias and Kyle Walker.

The best scorer of 2023 has used the opportunity to comment, among other things, on the Champions League, the favorites according to him and the comparison of the Saudi Pro League with the French championship.

While Haaland, after losing the duel with Lionel Messi a few days ago, was crowned the best player last night at the ceremony held in Dubai.

CALENDAR YEAR TOP SCORER –  “I was the top scorer in calendar year 2023. It's not a joke. Think about defeating a beast like Haland...! I'm proud. And soon I will be 39 years old! I like it when people doubt me again and then I'm successful."

MANCHESTER CITY -  "What Manchester City has done is almost unbelievable. I want to congratulate them for a great season, all in a row, the players, the coach. It was great... They finally won the Champions League, maybe they deserved it two years ago. I like to watch them play."

CHAMPIONS FAVORITES –  “Manchester City have a good chance to win the Champions League again. Favorites according to me? Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich..."

SAUDI CHAMPIONSHIP -  "I feel very happy at Al-Nasr, it's a big step. Saudi Arabia is in a process, it will take a long time… but step by step they will reach the highest level. I think the 'Saudi Pro League' will be among the top three leagues in the world. People in Arabia will be proud."

ARAB-FRENCH COMPARISON –  “The Saudi League is no worse than Ligue 1 (France). After a year there. We are already better than the French league".

RETIREMENT FROM FOOTBALL -  "The minute I feel like I'm done, I'll retire... maybe in 10 years?!"
