In support of articles 100 and 115, point 1, of the Constitution, and letter "a", of article 62, of law no. 139/2015, "On local self-government", amended, with the proposal of the Minister of the Interior, the Council of Ministers

DECIDE:

The dismissal from office, due to serious violations, of the mayor of Bulqiza, Mr. Lefter Alla.
