Rama publishes the conversation with Sunak: Rotten apples are our common object,
Edi Rama and Rishi Sunak

Prime Minister Edi Rama has published footage from the "one-on-one" conversation with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak, during the first official visit of an Albanian Prime Minister to London.

Rama has mentioned illegal immigrants, saying that in cooperation they are doing their best to attack criminal networks, while he emphasized that he will make sure that the Albanian community feels safe in Britain.

The head of the Albanian government has invited his British counterpart to pay an official visit to Albania.

"As you know, this is the first visit of an Albanian prime minister to this historic marble building. We have joined forces with the full conviction that we must do our best to attack criminal networks and avoid innocent people falling into the fold of these networks. Just as the guy who comes in a dinghy is not just an Albanian, but part of a bigger picture, so Dua Lipa is an Albanian immigrant who came here like many others who came to build, sing and work for you. We want to make sure the community feels safe and respected here. Rotten apples are our common object to win this battle. As far as security is concerned, we are more interested in strengthening our cooperation. I sense that there is serious commitment on your part and I look forward to doing my best with you.Rama said.
