Looking back in time, he acknowledged the credit for the solution that he said his government gave to the property issue, without denying the mistakes that were made to this layer.

"He gave the perfect answer to the property issue, but within months he made 240,000 Albanians the owners of their apartments. Like no country in Eastern Europe. He tried with the land, based on principles that unfortunately violated the rights of the owners, and we must recognize this. Like 32 years ago, Berisha said that it is necessary for Albanians to overthrow the monist system installed by Edi Rama.

In order to restore the confidence of the Albanians, Berisha said that there is a need to restore the principles on the basis of which the Democratic Party was born three decades ago.
