The hearing in the Special Court for the former Minister of Defense Farmir Mediu begins.

Mediu did not come and will be represented by lawyers Ardian Visha and Henrik Ligori. The family members of Edison Durdaj are also in court, they decided to move SPAK to reopen the case.

SPAK requests the passing of the case for trial on two charges "Abuse of duty in cooperation" and "Abuse of duty in the military command framework".

The lawyers will request a dismissal of the case with the argument that the criminal offense has been prescribed.

If this request is not accepted by the court, they will request a summary trial. The judge of the case is Irena Gjoka.
