Prime Minister Edi Rama has proposed names for 12 new ambassadors, from Kosovo, to Serbia and even Kuwait.
The mandate of the current diplomats in many countries has ended, and some have exceeded it by more than two years.
Among the new names proposed by Rama, that of the actor Petrit Malaj stands out, who has been proposed as ambassador of Albania in Kosovo.
Albania seems to change the ambassador in Belgrade, where the career diplomat, Bardhyl Canaj, who previously served in Israel, has been proposed.
The examination of the names of the new ambassadors will start from the next day.
The 12 names proposed by the government for ambassadors:
Petrit Malaj - Kosovo
Oljan Kanushi - Slovenia
Bardhyl Canaj - Serbia
Genc Pecani - Russia
Qirjako Qirko - Hungary
Artur Kuko - Netherlands
Albana Dautllari - Sweden, Iceland and Norway
