After the plenary session resumed, Prime Minister Rama arrived in the parliament hall to deliver his speech on the Peace Board and Albania's participation in it.

Before he took the floor, the deputies asked several questions from the country.

Gazmend Bardhi asked Niko Peleshi why Rama is here today, when at the same time leaders are signing the agreement in Davos with President Trump, including the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.

Bardhi: In accordance with the Constitution, the approval in principle of this agreement has been made. Immediately with authorization, as we explained, the president of the republic, the only one who signed the agreement, authorized the prime minister to sign the agreement in question. Did the prime minister sign the agreement? The parliament entered into the procedure after the prime minister signed the agreement. The document does not show that Vjosa Osmani signed the agreement today in Davos in the presence of President Trump. Why is the prime minister of Albania here today and not in Davos? Why is your global leader here today and Vjosa Osmani signed in Davos?
