The relationship between political power and public perception of the wealth they have created haunts the political couple Meta-Kryemadhi. They entered politics quite poor, but official statements reveal considerable wealth.

In 2003, Meta declared a house that benefited from privatization as well as a house with a veranda in Golem, 327 square meters. He had received a loan of 60,000 dollars from Italo Albanian Bank for the purchase.

The same declaration continued until 2006, when the couple declared that they sold the house in Golem for 300 thousand euros.

On March 26, 2007, Monika Kryemadhi bought 500 square meters of arable land and 200 meters of plot worth 5 million lek on Teodor Keko street in Tirana.

Even though the vast majority was arable land where construction is not allowed, surprisingly a business contract was signed with the company AgiKons for the construction of a building.

Kryemadhi benefited fully 35% of the construction area of 1900 square meters per floor. More or less, it benefited 1/3 of the area, a rather high coefficient compared to such common contracts. So, with 5 million ALL invested in the land, the wealth of the Meta-Kryemadhi family was worth millions of euros.

In 2010, the Meta family bought a residential apartment of 200 square meters, with the address "Brigada VIII street", worth 400 thousand euros.

Of this amount, 200,000 were taken as loans and 200,000 are from the money they previously declared. In 2010, they secured a 2-story villa with an area of 317 square meters in Lalzi Bay.

It is about the luxury villa you see. He is a neighbor of the old ally Sali Berisha. According to the declaration, an exchange was made for the villa between Kryemadhi and the company "Lura" with 300 square meters of commercial premises in the Palace in Tirana.
