Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama is thinking that in September the country will go to early parliamentary elections, if he loses in the May 14 elections.

Berisha made the statement from Maliqi this Wednesday, during the presentation of the "Together We Win" coalition candidate for the May 14 elections, Alfred Gega.

"I found out that Edi Rama had warned, a thought was copied in my head, but I am telling you now. His organizations did not know that: if we do not win (because they feel that they do not win), there will be elections in September and we will run away from power",  declared Berisha.

And according to Berisha, Rama will lose the elections on May 14.

"Edi Rama will run away! Your premonition is real. Here's what I'm saying in front of these men and women: You'll run away, you'll run away, you'll run away", emphasized the former democratic leader

Furthermore, Berisha said that May 14 will save Albanians from the power of those who used it for their own enrichment.

"All this enthusiasm, this spirit is the energy of long-awaited change. It is the spirit of a victory which, on May 14, will not only establish Alfred Gega as the first citizen of Maliqi, and candidates for the Primaries throughout the country, but it is the spirit of the triumph of democracy, values, the spirit of great change, it is the spirit that will save Albanians from the power of those who used it in the most unrestrained way for their own enrichment. They used it in the most ruthless way to steal you. They used it in the most ruthless way to deceive you. They used it mercilessly to expel you from your votes, and today, heartless, greedy, after they expelled 1 million Albanians in 8 years, they declared that we will bring family members and workers from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India.
