Opposition MP Agron Shehaj requested an interpellation with Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku regarding the Thumanë-Kashar axis. Shehaj said that he has been requesting the interpellation with Balluku for 6 months, but the latter has not come.

The Speaker of the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, said that the Deputy Prime Minister is abroad, but in fact she appeared in the Parliament hall.

This caused the opposition to become irritated. It was Democratic MP Dashnor Sula who made serious accusations against Spiropali for being a liar.

We recall that a strong clash was recorded between Spiropali and Balluk during the meeting of the socialist parliamentary group.

In harsh tones, Balluku lashed out at Spiropali for mismanaging last week's plenary session, which caused chaos after the majority quickly introduced the bill on forgiving fines.

Balluku accused Spiropali of favoring the opposition by giving it undeserved space and in violation of the rules according to the Deputy Prime Minister. Not only that, but Balluku went further by alluding that the Speaker of Parliament is under pressure from Gazment Bardhi, who also dictates her behavior in the plenary session.

Balluku raised insinuations that Spiropali is being blackmailed by the head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group.
