"Have a beautiful Sunday. Keep your face from the light and the shadows will remain behind."
This was Elisa Spiropali's message, as she posted a photo of herself, a day after Edi Rama savagely attacked her at the Socialist Party parliamentary group meeting.
Even though he is now in open "war" with the party leader, within a few hours, Spiropali has received thousands of likes on Facebook, over 6 thousand, which shows that the clash with Rama has not lowered his points with the Socialists, on the contrary, it has made him more liked.
Those likes, which are certainly from the socialists, because it cannot be thought that Spiropali has suddenly become beloved by the democrats, are a message to Edi Rama.
A message from socialists disappointed by their own party leader, who in recent months has been more concerned about not hiring Democrats, even in important positions, than dealing with their concerns.
Rama's arrogance has been well-known, but the collusion with the Democrats, the price hikes, government corruption, and the open challenge to justice, as with the Balluku case, of course cannot leave the Socialists indifferent.
And Spiropali, although it can hardly be thought of as a potential antagonist of Rama, is seen as where they can "vent" their dissatisfaction with the party and its leaders.
Even with likes on FB.
For the moment, that's all they have in hand, because just like the DP, the SP has turned into a desert of opinion and opposition, where only the voice of Edi Rama can be heard.
