At the start of the new parliamentary session, the Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, announced several changes of deputies to the permanent international delegations.

The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi Bardhi, has decided that Lulzim Basha will no longer be in the Council of Europe delegation. He will be replaced by Albana Vokshi.

Basha has been removed from his position as a rapportant for the seizure of Russian assets and their use to repair damage caused by Russia's aggression against Ukraine.

Also, the chief whip Gazment Bardhi has decided to change the seats of opposition deputies. Lulzim Basha was moved to the end of the hall and to the place where former DP mayor once sat, and bledjon Nallbani was appointed instead.
