Former socialist minister Elmaz Sherifi has made a public appeal to Prime Minister Edi Rama.

He asks the prime minister to take criminal measures against the directors who violate the law and stops in particular at the General Director of the Social Insurance Institute, who according to him has stopped the supplementary pension, even after a court decision for the return of all the amounts that were due to him held for several years.

The sheriff says that he will turn to the Prosecutor's Office for the case in question, but through this public appeal to the Prime Minister, he emphasizes the arrogance and professional incompetence of director Astrit Hado.

In a televised appearance, Prime Minister Rama called on the prosecutor's office to prosecute anyone who commits a criminal offense. He even emphasized that the object of criminal prosecution should be the directors of the administration.
Right, but why doesn't the government take administrative measures against law-breaking directors?

I had met many people who complained about the General Director of the Social Security Institute who seems to be correct, like a wise and phlegmatic type. But, looks are deceiving. You have to try it to understand who it is.
In July 2019 they ordered the termination of my supplementary pension with a letter that was worded as if from a dilettante, but which concealed their shenanigans as professionals in this field.
On December 13, 2019, the Administrative Court of First Instance of Tirana, with decision no. 4217, declared the decision of the Tirana Regional Directorate absolutely invalid and ordered to restore all suspended monies. The Directorate appealed the case to the Court of Appeal and began to increase the violence. What is meant by "order from above" from April 2022 to July 2023, this administration did not put any money into my account, unlike the request it had made in court, for the reduction of the pension, from the recalculation?
I had received my pension since 2009, when I left the parliament, and I had not made any request for recalculation. This is where the criminal offense of dereliction of duty begins. I asked the intervenor to the Director in court to give me the letter requesting the revision of the supplementary pension. I don't have a document, he said. Why do you say in your letter that according to your request we recalculated and reduced the pension?
It is understood that the answer was implied, he shrugged his shoulders as if he knew nothing, but let it be understood that, we do as we want, that no one tells us anything from the government.
On February 29, 2024, the Administrative Court of Appeal with decision 4217 ordered the return of all amounts withheld from 2019.
I also met director Astri. But the director coughed and was removed as a legislator. I have never met a stranger. He seemed so naive, completely incompetent and stupid, when he told me that we do not implement the decision, that we have the authority to interpret the court's decision?!
No wonder anymore. This guy who behaves so brutally with me, who was his minister and a former deputy, it is understandable what works for the common people. It seems, "the plow must be driven deep there". There are many complaints from people about abuse of low pensions and loss of social rights.
I also met with the Minister of Justice so that I would not mediate the matter. I thank him for his understanding, and I told him that there is room for abuse, explaining my case.
Tirana Enforcement Office with letter no. 9548 on July 3, 2024 requested the execution of the decision.
This Astrit, the dragon boy, as he is called in my Labëria, does not give up and deceives, replying that the person has been liquidated? Ore Astri, the dragon boy. Where do you find the strength that does not ask about any state institution, and does not implement court decisions?
Of course, now we will also set the prosecution in motion, but I addressed you, prime minister, publicly with a call, that your administration exercise its powers and control this arrogant administration, arrogance that also comes from professional incompetence, in order not to accuse it of being very corrupt.
Astrit stands at the top of "Hans Kelzen's Pyramid" of arbitrariness. There, illegal behavior has become a "musler". For anti-social behavior, in a social institution, that desecrates social rights should be shaken by the government.
