The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party has today submitted to the Assembly the motion for the removal of the mandate of the socialist MP Vullnet Sinaj.

As it is known, in the Motion signed by 14 opposition legislators, it is evidenced through 30 accompanying evidences, "that deputy Sinai exercises his mandate in violation of point 3 of article 70 of the Constitution, which prohibits the deputy from receiving funds from the State Budget or state property."

The DP group accuses the socialist MP of having benefited from the State Budget through the companies owned by him. According to them, through 9 transactions, the companies owned or co-owned by Sina have benefited from the State Budget in the total amount of 3,689,814 ALL.

" From the verification of the transactions of the General Directorate of the Treasury, it results that the company BIG LISUS sh.pk has benefited 132,520 (one hundred and thirty-two thousand five hundred and twenty) ALL from the State Budget, respectively from the Court of the Judicial District of Lezhë, District Lezha and the Karate Federation. From the verification in the commercial register of the National Business Center, it results that the company "BIG LISUS* sh.pk. with NIPT 1681065070. is owned by Mr. Florian Ndrecaj (24%), Mrs. Elona Ndrecai (25%) and the company "BIGALB GROUP" (51%)". Following the verifications of the commercial register, the company "BIGALB GROUP" sh.pk, it turns out that the sole partner is Mr. Vullnet Sinaj (100%).

From the verification of the transactions of the General Directorate of the Treasury, it appears that the company "BIG DURRSI" sh.pk has benefited from 129,958 (one hundred and twenty-nine thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight) ALL from the State Budget, respectively from the Local Border Directorate and Durrës Migration and the Day Center for the Elderly ", emphasizes the PD Group in the request for the motion with debate addressed to the Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali.

For his part, Sina, in a reaction on social media, explains that since 2017 he has given up managing his businesses and has devoted himself only to politics. 

The socialist deputy emphasized that he did not benefit from the state budget either when he was not a deputy or after he was elected as a legislator.
