The opposition accuses him of tenders from the state, Vullnet Sinaj reacts: I
Deputy Vullnet Sinaj

Deputy Vullnet Sinaj has reacted after the request of the Democratic Party to the Assembly, to remove the mandate from the socialist deputy.

According to him, the rumors of the portals are being used by the opposition, turning them into political acts. Vullnet Sinaj in an explanatory statement emphasizes the fact that he has given up his companies since 2017 when he was elected deputy, denying the claims of the opposition.

"With the decisions filed in the CKB in 2017, I decided to transfer all the quotas of the companies, according to the laws in force. "I have not benefited from the state budget a single lek, neither when I was not a deputy, nor when I was elected," says Sinaj.

Full reaction:

I learned with surprise and not without humor, the request for a motion of the Democratic Party for the removal of my mandate as a representative of the Socialist Party in the Assembly of the Republic of Albania.

The media offenders repeat this song from 2017. But the surprise is that the rumors of the portals are used by the opposition, turning them into political acts.

For the above, I declare with full responsibility:

1. Pursuant to Article 70, point 3 of the Constitution, from 2017 I resigned from the administration of all my businesses, devoting myself only to politics.

2. With the decisions filed in the KKB in 2017, I decided to transfer all the quotas of the companies, according to the laws in force.

3. I have not benefited from the state budget a single lek, neither when I was not a deputy, nor when I was elected a deputy.

Moreover, I have been donating the monthly salary of the deputy for years to help people in need, and I don't even think of benefiting financially from the state budget.

Two days ago, the Democratic Party addressed a request to the Assembly of Albania to send the mandate of the Socialist Party deputy, Vullnet Sinaj, to the Constitutional Court.

Through an announcement distributed to the media, the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party announced that they will send Sinai's mandate to the Constitutional Court, as according to them, from the verification of the data of the state treasury, it appears that the deputy has benefited from income from the State Budget.

The Democrats say that in flagrant violation of the law, he has benefited several million ALL from the State Budget, through his 9 private companies, during the period in which he also exercises his mandate as a deputy.

The Democrats accuse Sinai, that through the line of supermarkets in Albania "Big Market" has "put their hands" into the State Budget.
