The counting of preferential votes continues in Tirana. Former minister Olta Xhaçka has passed her colleague, Blerina Gjylameti with 59 votes.
According to the result so far, Xhaçka received 5914 votes, Gjylameti collected 5855 votes.
In the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku won the mandate by passing Ilir Alimehmet with a margin of 2300 votes.
So far, 15488 out of 43157 diaspora votes for the district of Tirana have been counted, which include preferential votes for candidates.
