After the approval of the authorization for the arrest of the former deputy. Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, the parliament cuts off the salary and support services of the socialist deputy.

In this way, all the material benefits that come due to the duty as a deputy of the Albanian Parliament are cut off for Ahmetaj.

Legally, Ahmetaj still enjoys the mandate, and therefore the regulation does not provide for such a measure, while sources confirm that such a decision has come because of his avoidance of justice.

Part of the benefits that are interrupted are telephone , vehicle , fuel , housing expenses , etc.
